FIRST Tech Challenge Romania invests in future tech leaders.

FIRST Tech Challenge Romania invests in future tech leaders. The student teams design, build and program their robot and compete during the FIRST Tech Challenge Romania championship in an alliance format with other teams.

We started in season #1 with 54 high schools, over 800 students from 33 cities in Romania who had the challenge to take part in the biggest Robotics Championship in Romania. Now we reach season #2 with plans of reaching around 90 teams, over 1200 students, 330 mentors and 300 volunteers.

We are excited to start the new season with a national school tour, high school team applications, press conferences, demo events and to conclude it with the grand final Championship in Bucharest – March 2018.

game+season 2017/18

National Championship in Bucharest
•March 23rd-25th •2018-Sala Polivalenta

Prior to the National Championship each Romanian registered team has the obligation to take part in one of the 4 Regional Demo Games events from: Iasi, Cluj, Timisoara, Bucuresti.

The specific locations, dates and the registration process will be announced soon, and please be advised that the registration will allow only 24 team to participate.

If you do not have the possibility to attend a Regional Demo Game in your own region, please subscribe to another Regional Demo Game. Stay tuned for details!

All registered teams will attend the National Championship in Bucharest, March 23rd- 25th, 2018 - Sala Polivalenta.. The Regional Demo Events are for practice purposes and will not not have ranking points.
